1. Scope and controller Attorney Bahadır Pars is the controller for this website’s cookie and device storage practices. Reading this policy is not blanket explicit consent.
2. Technologies used Cookies are small browser records; localStorage is a similar device storage technology used for preferences. The application has no advertising pixel or third-party analytics integration. Necessary form security and authorised administrative session records are not optional marketing; their particular legal basis depends on purpose and necessity.
Form security: __Host-pars-csrf stores a random form security value for 1 hour with HTTPS, HttpOnly and SameSite protections. It is used for necessary security.
Preference record: pars-cookie-consent-v1 in localStorage retains the choice, version and expiry on this device for 365 days. It does not create an advertising or analytics profile.
Administrative session: OpenAI/ChatGPT identity services may use necessary authentication records to maintain authorised access. Duration depends on the provider’s actual session; a single fixed duration could not be verified from the application code. Review the provider’s current information.
Google Maps: The embedded map is displayed automatically on the contact page. Loading the map connects directly to Google, which may process IP, browser/device, connection and usage information and apply its cookies or similar technologies. Their durations depend on Google’s current practices; the application does not manage all Google cookies. Saving cookie preferences does not close the embedded map. Browser settings may block third-party content or cookies; if the map cannot be displayed, the external “View on map” link remains available. Automatic map display is not blanket consent for other transfers.
3. Managing preferences Use “Cookie preferences” in the footer to change your saved choice. Browser settings can delete or block cookies and local storage; necessary form/session functions may be affected. This policy does not describe uninstalled analytics or advertising technologies as active. Before adding an optional technology, information and any required choice mechanism must be updated.
4. Providers, transfers and rights The hosting infrastructure uses OpenAI Sites/Cloudflare; an opened map connects directly to Google. The office owner states that no Turkish-law international transfer arrangement has been signed with the current hosting and email providers. The controller is responsible for assessing providers, subprocessors, actual locations and establishing an appropriate transfer mechanism. Saving a cookie choice does not replace that arrangement. Form retention: New contact/meeting requests are not saved in the site application database or email queue; they are forwarded directly to the office mailbox. Necessary technical security counters may process short-lived salted IP digests, with expired rows removed during subsequent checks. Hosting/email-provider logs and the office mailbox are separate processes. No application record does not remove international-transfer requirements; see the Data Protection Notice.
