Contact and consultation forms collect only name/surname, telephone and email. Meeting requests additionally contain the online/office preference and requested date/time. There is no subject, message, legal summary, national ID or document-upload field. Choosing a time is not a reservation. Attorney Bahadır Pars personally manages availability, fees, bank-payment checks and final confirmation by email/telephone. The site sends no automated fee or final confirmation email to applicants.
Form details are forwarded directly to parsavukatlik@gmail.com. No new personal application, payment-report, document or pending-email record is written to the site database/file store. Failed email transmission is not saved to the site and returns an error. Email-service acceptance does not prove inbox delivery; unconditional delivery is not guaranteed.
OpenAI Sites/Cloudflare provide hosting/request processing, Resend provides transmission and Gmail/Google provides the office mailbox. Information is processed during transmission and remains in the office email. Provider logs, delivery records, backups and the mailbox are separate from a site application database. They are not claimed to erase information instantly or process no data. Name, telephone and email are personal data; Article 9 international-transfer duties remain applicable. No signed Turkish transfer arrangement has been reported with these providers; the controller is responsible for establishing an applicable transfer mechanism and provider arrangements.
The site collects no card information, banking password, bank receipt or national ID. Identity information in a bank transfer description for issuing a fiscal receipt is handled separately by the bank/office and remains subject to data-protection requirements. The office requests any subsequent documents directly; the website has no document repository for applicants.
Security includes HTTPS, CSRF protection, server validation and authorised administrative access. Short-lived salted-IP-digest counters limit abuse and expired rows are removed during subsequent security checks. Application logs do not contain submitted form content; provider technical logs follow separate conditions.
Google Maps is displayed automatically on the contact page. Loading the map connects to Google, which may process IP, browser/device and usage information; leaving the page does not erase records already received by Google. The application has no advertising pixel or third-party analytics integration. Necessary cookies and device preferences are explained in the Cookie Policy. Calendar and WhatsApp integrations and automatic Zoom/Teams links are not active in this flow.
