In a title cancellation dispute concerning retroactive termination of a construction contract in return for land share, the Court considered third-party good faith. Good-faith reliance on the land register protects the acquired right. The assessment differs if the acquirer knew or should have known the contractual relationship and grounds for retroactive termination.
