The regulation amendment published on 4 February 2026 details meeting-notice procedures for owners making new implementation decisions concerning parcels with risky buildings under Law No. 6306.
At least one owner may request that all owners be called to a meeting. The place and time are notified through a fifteen-day announcement at the neighbourhood headman’s office or, if the building has not been demolished, on its entrance or noticeboard. Notification through a notary is also possible.
