Presidential Decision No. 10960, published in the Official Gazette on 27 February 2026, added wording concerning buildings approved as risky under Law No. 6306 to the time provision for İstanbul’s Yarısı Bizden support.
The Ministry described the change as a measure addressing potential loss of support caused by lengthy demolition, building-permit, condominium-easement and entitlement procedures. It highlights the distinction between risky-building approval and subsequent transformation stages.
